Annette Collins – Owner/Director
Annette has worked with children on a variety of levels including working in the Paradise Valley Union School District for over 5 years with Special Needs Children. Annette’s experience also includes a personal love and passion as she was fortunate enough to open up herself, her life and home to 8 foster children ultimately adopting two of them. In 2005, Annette and her family were awarded “Foster Family of the Year.” The realization of her passion for the growth and development of children prompted her to open Peoria Avenue Preschool. The success of this preschool and Annette’s dedication and philosophy towards child care and education led her to open Ready Set Grow in Casa Grande, three years later. Annette feels that all of her opportunities to serve the children and their families in her life as well as both facilities to be an amazing blessing.

Heidi Reyes – Director
An incredible human with an incredible love of children, Heidi joined the staff of Peoria Avenue Preschool in 2007. It didn’t take long to realize that she was more than capable of handling the duties she was asked to perform. Her abilities at organization, planning and management coupled with her passion for the children, their care and education made Heidi an easy choice to assume the position of Director. Heidi’s passion started with her two daughters. As they grew Heidi knew she had so much more to offer so she decided to take on being a foster parent. As a foster parent, Heidi has provided the emotional support, love and care to numerous Valley children leading her to adopt 6 as her own. Heidi continues still to foster those children in need. It is this very same level of commitment, love, nurturing and caring that make Heidi an invaluable asset to Peoria Avenue Preschool.
